£85.00 - Minimum attendance fee - excludes any
material costs
£45.00 - Hourly rate for scheduled, non call out work during weekday hours - excludes any material costs, part hour charges are not applicable.
£115.00 - Hourly rate where work is required for an evening, weekend or bank holiday, or where it has to be scheduled at short notice, i.e. to suddenly fit in with other trades or available access, or where it necessitates a change of our planned schedule, then pricing will be based on this hourly rate - excludes any material costs and part hour charges are not applicable
£165.00 - Hourly rate for emergency works chargeable per hour/part hour will apply whenever a quick response is required regardless of the time of day or day of week - excludes any material costs and part hour charges are not applicable
Day rates are charged from £295.00 per day, per engineer and is dependent on the location of works - excludes any material costs & based on an 8 hours day
Please note unless otherwise stated, hourly charges are charged "by the hour" as a minimum regardless of the time taken to complete the requested works.

We have over 10 years experience in undertaking EICR's in all property types and specialise in providing a professional and thorough service. We are fully insured and pride ourselves on have superior knowledge in undertaking EICR's from all of our testing engineers. Our pricing reflects the service undertaken honestly and professionally. Please be aware of cheap EICR charges, some contractors strategies are to charge cheap rates, only to charge it back with remedial quotation costs.
We provide digital copies of our reports to all our clients, to save on unnecessary paper wastage, though should you require a typed hard copy of the report, we are able to provide this upon request.

An EICR is an important document for your property as an owner. If you have a commercial premises or if you're a landlord, these should be undertaken regularly for insurance and tenant safety and under the governments legislation for private rental properties, by a competent (check the electrical safety register for confirmation), time served electrical contractor.

The guide prices shown below are as a guide only and are for works carried out between normal working hours, Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm, and unless otherwise stated the costs shown are as a "per consumer unit / fuse board" basis.

We can undertaken EICR's to all properties, in all locations, from apartments, houses, apartment blocks, communal ways within apartment blocks, nurseries, schools, colleges, shops, offices, large commercial premises, farms etc.

If required and requested, we can provide a no obligation remedial works quotation for any works that require upgrading and or fixing from the observations recorded.

PAT Testing​
​
We carry out PAT Testing to all premises and properties.
We issue a £95.00 minimum charge which incorporates up to 30x items & certification. Subsequent items over the initial 30x items are charged as below;
31 -74 items £2.00 per item
75 -149 items £1.50 per item
150 - 200+ items £1.00 per item
